Animal science | Meat science option

Associate of Science Degree

The Associate of Science in Agriculture – Animal Science Option, Range Management Option or Meat Science Option prepares the student for a bachelor's degree in Agriculture. Program electives allow the student to select additional coursework to complement this degree.

CERTIFICATES

The Meat Processing Certificate II is designed to provide training for the student who wants a job in the meat fabrication industry. The student will learn about food safety, harvesting and fabrication of beef, swine, sheep/goat, poultry, and wild game animals.
